Abstract

   Waroeng Makan Kalkoen is a Micro Small Medium Enterprise (MSME) in the field of eating that is developing in the area Jering VI Sidorejo Godean, Sleman (Complex Perum Godean Jogja Hills), since June 2017. Waroeng Makan Kalkoen has an advantage value because the variant of the product sold is typical food products archipelago. Contonya Turkey fried rice and turkey rica. For the area area Waroeng Makan Kalkoen much favored by consumers because turkey meat contains protein better than chicken meat. However, in line with the development of time, began to grow typical diner other archipelago, as a competitor who stands near the godean region.
