Abstract


This new ticket camera was first applied In Surabaya before all over Indonesia, Surabaya City has always been its pioneer, its innovator, its pemrakarsanya for traffic affairs. The problem is, the ticket cameras are still lacking socialization in the community so many do not know how the ticketing camera system works, and how the completion of this ticket camera, especially young people who most often do traffic violations.Therefore, this study aims to design a social campaign of Infographic-based Ticket Camera as an effort to introduce a security system driving in Surabaya that socializes and provokes young people, especially 17-24 years to be more orderly in traffic. The design of this social campaign is using qualitative research with observation, interview, documentation, literature study, competitor study and existing study which is useful to determine the concept of research. From the results of the analysis, the theme of the concept of creation is obtained Communicative.Inside the concept is a big part of the theme of this social campaign design, both from stories, characters, to examples of violations in the form of animation used and others. Attempts should be made to provoke violent youngsters to be more orderly because with the system of ticket cameras that monitor 24 hours every day will not miss a traffic violation a second. Therefore, the design of this Tilang Camera Social Campaign will be disseminated through Videotron in the form of an explainer animation that will be aired on location around Kertajaya-Dharwangsa and Kertajaya-Ir.Soekarno
